These last weeks after having joined a fabulous Art Group, I have been tempted to start a new creative art, well, I say “new”, yes, this is what it was to me. Since then I have been inspired by my lovely friends, Lynne, Kathy, Julia, Jane, and many more… and therefore, decided to create some ATC’s of my own. Artist Trading Cards are almost the size of a playing card, 2.5″x3.5″ or 64x89mm, mixed media: collages, doodles, any means which, in fact, will attract one’s eye. They are self-made unique works or small series, exchanged and collected by the people who participate in the collaborative performance.
Here are some of my ATC’s, out of which, some of them have already crossed the Atlantic towards USA and Canada. I also sent one to Trudie, my friendly pen-pal in Cornwall, UK.
Don’t forget, am just a beginner…

“Happiness”…

“Joy” for Trudie…

“On the Road Again”…

“Adventure”…
I would love to hear your comments, good or bad, as through them, I really intend to improve.
I wish each of you a nice and serene Summer.
See you in a few weeks…
Really creative. Great stuff.
Thanks for stopping by, Alex, I really appreciate your comment…
Always 🙂
You are too kind 😉
They’re gorgeous!
Thanks Debbie, you are a talented Lady!
These are super little collages, Louise. I have never really grasped the concept of ATCs. Most of the artists in my area don’t do them and aren’t interested in trading so they haven’t taken off here. I have decided to do some for the next 30 paintings in 30 days challenge I participate in so I will see if I do as well as you. Good luck with this new direction!
Oh Val, that’s so nice, I appreciate coming from you… ATC’s are really fun to make, you will enjoy.
I think this is GREAT! As always, I love your work and admire your talent in whatever to tackle! xxoo
You make me blush, Sue… I try to do what I can 🙂 Thank you dear friend!
These are wonderful, and I love the messages! The fun you had in creating is passed on to all who view them! Happy creating to you Louise 🙂
Oh thank you dear Sheila, indeed I had some fun and must admit that creating them is very relaxing… Have a wonderful weekend 🙂
Yay! Love them!
Thanks Chandra, really I do appreciate…
These are brilliant!
Thank you, Rajiv!
Wow, they are beautiful. I´m very impressed!
xoxo Reni
Nice of you, Reni, thanks a lot!
May be we can do swaps!
That would be great, Debbie… Am, at present “out of stock” 🙂 and out of town for a few days but once back, I will work on some and swap on of them to you… Your “house” is on its way 😉
Isn’t it fun to get ‘hooked’ on something so sweet and creative. You’re doing wonderfully with your color palettes, themes, and balance. These are so cheery and sweet with pops of color peeking out from corners and edges, and little leaves on the side. I adore ‘Adventure’ (and that you’re giving these little works of art titles!) because I too love working with maps. I’m so glad you’ve joined us and are pushing your comfort zone to learn more fun ways to share your talent. Keep sharing.
All that is due to the inspiration I gathered within the Group, Lynne… It has been my “rocket” and I must confess that I really enjoy doing these “little creations”… Glad you like my work, it’s a precious encouragement for me, thank you, Lynne…
Very pretty work! Isn’t it fun trading them? I recently joined 3 groups for swapping hand made greeting cards, postcards and stories! Will be a interesting, fun summer 🙂
So nice of you Lisa, thank you. Indeed these groups are real fun, also interesting as far as communication is concerned. Enjoy your weekend 😉
Great, I really enjoy the “Hapiness”
Thank you for nice sharin and have a very good end of week
